Overview
Transportation is the primary contributor to greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution in the U.S. To address this challenge, clean and electric transportation has emerged as the primary solution empowering the transportation sector to find ways to adopt new technologies and reconsider the existing infrastructure.
LDR lead the formation of an eMobility public-private partnership (P3) within a major U.S. metropolitan city. By
facilitating working sessions with stakeholders ranging from Fortune 500
companies to grassroots electric vehicle enthusiast groups — LDR supported the municipal government to build a nationally recognized e-mobility initiative, representing a bold step
for the region’s journey and commitment to becoming a leader in clean
transportation.
The Goal
Tasked with accelerating the momentum of launching an eMobility P3, LDR turned its focus to coalescing the initiative into a streamlined, operational organization with formal governance and modern systems of engagement.
